We offer workshops every weekday (mon-fri) and start at 10.00 or 13.00. Call or text us to arrange the perfect date and time!

You will visit our mama center and our daycare. Our English speaking guide Glory will inform you about the different spices used for Tanzanian dishes. The mama's of WEHAF will teach you step by step how to make Chapati or Pilau. After enjoying your homemade local lunch together, there is a surprise waiting for you. All costs are included in the price.

You will visit the mama center with our English speaking guide and choose the fabric you like. The mamas are very talented, so they can sew you any item from our collection! After you made your choice, one of the mama’s will begin sewing your item. During this time, you will learn how to make your own piece of jewelry. At the end of the workshop, you will have beautiful, local souvenirs while having supported women in need. All costs are included in the price.
Our mission is to mobilize, motivate and advocate for these vulnerable groups and their children in the areas of health, social justice and economic empowerment. WEHAF is a non-profit organization but we do need income to pay the fixed expenses such as rent, electricity and teachers at the daycare and for sewing classes. The money we earn from these workshops for tourists goes directly back into our organization. Donations we use to set up additional projects.
